The What

Where to start… If you asked me what we do on a daily basis, I’d tell that you we provide top-notch Dog walking & Pet Sitting services for the Wild Bears of Blandford, Wimborne and all the places in between.

…But if you asked me what we reeeally do, I’d tell you that The Wild Bear Club is a community-focussed company that specialises in taking the very best care of your favourite four-legged family member in a way that is filled with trust and compassion.

We focus on being a safe-space whilst keeping your pals busy, active and happy when you’re not around …and, of course, creating some irreplaceable core memories with them along the way!

Founded in 2022, (but looking after animals waaaay before that) The Wild Bear Club has shed-loads of invaluable experience when it comes to mindful pet care. Whether you’re looking for dog walking, pet sitting or just some helpful advice & support when you’re in a bit of a pickle, we’ve got you covered.

The How   

Here at The Wild Bear Club, compassion and empathy are at the root of everything we do - each pet is unique and we will always keep that in mind when taking care of your four-legged family member.

We only ever use positive reinforcement to encourage the best behaviour from your buddy, and will always carry treats that are as healthy & ethical as possible.

During a normal day of dog walks, we will plan our routes to ensure the least amount of time is spent in our fully kitted-out car - that means less travel time for your pup and a better carbon footprint because we’re doing less miles!

No stress, low global impact and a happy pup headed out to explore at their own pace? Now that’s our kind of adventure!

The Why   

What is there to say? …Even whilst stood in a muddy field on the rainiest day of the year wondering if my wellies are going to make it ‘til December, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Seeing a dogs first time running around with their new best friend, and catching the moment that a grumpy senior fluff-ball turns into an excited puppy again because they can’t wait to get out on their walk… nothing beats that!

The Wild Bear Club is here to make the day-to-day of mindful pet parents (psst, we’re talking to you) just that little bit easier by helping you create the very best life for your Wild Bear …all whilst building a community filled with the loveliest humans - and their four-legged sidekicks - along the way.

  • Perfect Pairing

    All Wild Bears are assessed and matched together for group walks with other dogs that are suitable to them. We don't want any unhappy pups on our hands - just plain adventures and fun. Stress-free is key!

  • Top Transport

    Our car has been fully kitted-out to ensure ease & safety when the wild bears on board. We chose a car over a van because it's the vehicle that dogs would be most used to travelling in with their owners - this means they will be less likely to see it as a stressful experience.

  • Short Journeys

    We optimise travel routes to ensure minimal travel time. Being stuck in the car for ages is for suckers - suckers who don't care about the environment or welfare of the wild bears. That lifestyle ain't for us - we do short journeys so we can spend more time adventuring!

  • 10/10 Snacks

    Only the best for the wild bears of Blandford & Wimborne. We carry treats that are as healthy, ethical & sustainable as possible.

    Better treats = better results & a healthier pup!

  • R+ Always

    We will only ever use positive reinforcement to encourage your dog to make good decisions. We just want to help make your life easier.

    Punishment doesn't work as a motivator - not even for humans (sorry, not sorry)

    At the end of the day, we LOVE what we do. The Wild Bear Club is here to take the very best care of your four-legged buddy and help you in creating a fantastic life for them.
