FAQs

Certifications & Qualifications

  • Yes indeed! I’m vet trained and accredited in canine health & first aid. I got my training via the amazing Animal Love who are based in Salisbury.

I’m fully DBS checked and I also hold a qualification in Level 2 Technical Competence in Dog Walking & Pet Sitting.

I’m always developing my skills and learning new ways to best serve you and your favourite four legged buddies, so any new qualifications will be announced on the website and via social channels.

  • I have full public liability insurance which covers all of the legal criteria needed for professional Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters in the UK.

Services

  • The maximum amount of dogs we take out at one time is 4 - this is a manageable amount for 1 dog walker. It means that the group is still small enough that each dog will get the amount of care they need in order to feel happy and safe in the care of their dog walker.

  • At the moment I don’t officially offer any training courses, but I’m always on hand to offer helpful tips and advice if needed.

I am a positive reinforcement only business, so any training offered will be through strategic encouragement & rewards based systems to get your wild one on track to making good decisions for themselves.

I will launch behavioural training courses at a later date, so keep an eye on all social channels and sign up to TWBC newsletter to keep up to date about all new events and services.

  • The services provided at the moment have been chosen to give customers a healthy amount of options to choose from while not overworking their trusty dog walker!

The amount of services and booking slots available will expand as the company grows and other dog walkers join the pack.

  • If you’re a new customer using the online booking service, please make sure that TWBC has the following information before pickup:

    1. Pickup address:
TWBC needs to know where to collect your pup from; You can provide this information during checkout, or message me directly.

    2. Building access instructions:
A lot of our customers typically leave their keys in a safe place or in a combination key box outside. If you would prefer to give TWBC a key to keep, then I’m more than happy to do this too - please just let me know at checkout or by dropping a quick message to arrange.

    3. New Client Form:
When booking with us for the first time, you will need to fill out a New Client Form. This is a standard thing for all dog walkers to make sure that we have all important information from you - just in case. This form goes over all the basics and gives you an opportunity to tell me a little bit more about your pup, any medical information I might need and to choose the right options for you and your four legged friend. There is a GDPR section on this form that helps you choose whether or not your pup can be posted to our website or social media channels - you will be able to adjust this choice at any time.
